Welcome to YouTube To Text AI ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our AI-powered YouTube summarization and content repurposing service (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

YouTube To Text AI allows users to submit YouTube video URLs and generate AI-produced summaries and repurposed content in various formats. The Service relies on third-party providers for authentication, payment processing, hosting, and AI generation.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

3. Accounts

You may use certain features as a guest or by signing in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Submit content or URLs you do not have the right to access or process.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, or disrupt the Service.
  • Misuse credits, payment systems, or promotional offers.
  • Use outputs in a way that infringes intellectual property or privacy rights of others.

5. Credits and Payments

The Service may offer a free trial, monthly allowances, and paid top-up or annual packages processed through Paddle. Free trial credits do not renew. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing, credit limits, and plan features with reasonable notice where required.

6. AI-Generated Content

Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain inaccuracies, omissions, or hallucinations. You are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and using any generated content. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, branding, and design. Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use AI-generated outputs for your personal or commercial purposes, but you acknowledge that similar outputs may be generated for other users.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties including Google (authentication), Paddle (payments), Supabase (infrastructure), and AI providers. Your use of those services may be subject to their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
