This Refund Policy applies to purchases made through YouTube To Text AI ("we," "our," or "us") via Paddle, our authorized payment processor. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy.

1. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 calendar days of the original transaction date.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds apply under the following conditions:

  • Top-up credit packs: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and the purchased credits must be unused at the time of the request.
  • Founder's Pass: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase, and you must not have consumed more than a reasonable trial amount of monthly credits (as determined by us in good faith).
  • Refunds are limited to the original purchaser and the payment method used at checkout.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The 14-day refund window has expired.
  • Top-up credits have been partially or fully used.
  • The purchase was made in violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A chargeback or payment dispute has already been initiated.

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address.
  • The Paddle transaction or receipt ID.
  • The date of purchase.
  • A brief reason for your request.

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer, typically within 5–10 business days.

5. Credit Adjustments

If a refund is approved, any credits or plan upgrades associated with that purchase will be revoked from your account.

6. Chargebacks

If you have a billing concern, please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in account suspension.
